v2.2 issues

Shrook v2.2 was released last night. The big new feature is podcasting support. Download it here.

There are two issues with it. An apparently small number of users need to reenter their registration code. If you've lost yours or re-entering it doesn't work, email me(make it clear which problem you have).

The second problem is a "Remove n channels?" alert appearing erroneously to synchronization users. Check the version number in Shrook's about box. If you have plain "v2.2" rather than "v2.2 r2", you need to download Shrook again.

(If you see the alert when using v2.2 r2, Shrook means it)

Between the time I started writing the comment to the previous entry and submitting it you had posted this update and fixed the problem.

Downloaded the v2.2 r2 version installed it and all seems well.

Thanks for a GREAT program!

I have 2.2 r2 - I also have problems with some channels not allowing me to drag an item to a scrapbook. Is this issue unique to me?

... Means what, exactly? My copy (yes, r2) at work suddenly asked me if it should delete 43 channels (or thereabouts -- ALL of them, anyway) channels. I said 'no'. Why would it want to delete them all? Would they all disappear then?

I'm experiencing a bug where Shrook hangs on "Saving changes...". If I close the application and relaunch it, everything is fine for awhile. Then it hangs again.

Also, the okay/cancel dialog box for a moved feed appears to be borked. The descriptive text and cancel appear to be switched.

All of these problems are on a fresh install of Tiger.

Other than that, things seems to be working well. Thanks for all your hard work on this.

As pointed out to the author, a log file /importer is being left behind after every run. Excellent new features!
