Shrook v2.43: Bug fixes
I'm currently busy with Thrupp 2.0 so this is only a minor bugfix release, but it does patch a whole load of them:

- New Edit Smart Group menu option. Since v2.0 you've been able to edit smart groups using the Get Info menu option, but a lot of people missed this. So now there's an extra menu option.
- Fixes crashing bug when downloading podcasts.
- Completely fixes crashing bug when deleting Smart Groups.
- Fixes issue with dock icon badge preferences
- Fixed minor problem uploading group names to shrook.com.
- Preferences no longer refers to flags by their old name marks.
